The club is preparing for pre-season training in Q1 2027 and the beginning of its inaugural EFA season in May 2027.
The vision for the London Guard was conceived by Gandler Sports Group in May 2025, and the club was officially registered in Q3 2025.
During its development, the group spoke with former professional NFL players who grew up in and around East London. Those conversations helped inform the club's direction ahead of its public brand unveiling in Q3 2026.
Pre-season training is scheduled to begin in Q1 2027, with the inaugural EFA season beginning in May 2027. Further operational, recruitment, ticketing, and community announcements will be published as details are confirmed.
